The Binational Indo-Peruvian Chamber of Commerce - INCHAM PERU is a non-profit organization working to improve economic relations in commerce, investment and tourism between Peru and India since 2013. The main objective of INCHAM PERU is to be a link between Peruvian and Indian companies to develop business partnerships aimed at increasing, strengthening and diversifying their relationship for mutual benefit.                        
Currently, INCHAM PERU brings together Peruvian based companies in India as members, who actively participate in the activities and meetings organized by the Chamber.

The Binational Indo-Peruvian Chamber of Commerce - INCHAM PERU is a non-profit Civil Association legally created on March 6, 2013, to promote trade, direct investment and industry between Peru and India and was officially inagurated by the Vice Chairman of India, H.E.Mr. Mohammad Hamid Ansari, on October 23, 2013.

This important event was attended by the former Ambassador of India, Manpreet Vohra, the first president of INCHAM PERU, Raghav Gupta, and senior officials and business leaders from India and Peru.

The first Board of INCHAM PERU for the period 2013-2015 consisted of the following members: Mr. Raghav Gupta, Mr. Ravi Krishna, Mr. Rohit Rao. Subsequently, in 2019, INCHAM PERU enters into a resizing process where the chamber becomes a bi-national entity.
